We understand that the items you send to us — and the pieces we create for you — carry deep emotional value. That’s why we focus strongly on careful handling, safe packaging, and reliable delivery practices.

Every order is packed with attention and patience so that it reaches you in the best possible condition.

Careful Packing & Trusted Couriers

All products are packed using strong, protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Our packaging process is designed especially for handmade resin artwork.

For shipping, we work with well-known courier partners such as:

• Delhivery
• DTDC
• Blue Dart
• Trackon

These partners help us deliver orders safely across India.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

Once your product is fully completed and approved, it is shipped from our base in Jaipur.

In most cases:

• Delivery takes 6 to7 working days after dispatch
• Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier operations

There can be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as:

• Heavy rainfall or weather disturbances
• Local restrictions, curfews, or regional shutdowns
• Shortage of delivery staff
• National holidays or festival periods

If your shipment seems delayed, our Customer Care team is always available to assist with updates.

Unboxing & Product Condition

We strongly recommend recording a complete unboxing video as soon as your parcel is delivered. The video should clearly show the package being opened from start to finish.

This helps in:

• Verifying the condition of the product at the time of delivery
• Raising concerns with the courier, if required

While we take every possible step to pack items securely, once the parcel is handed over to the courier, handling, handling during transit is not under our control.

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds or accept returns
• Any transit-related issue must be supported by an unboxing video

Third-Party Courier Responsibility

After dispatch:

• A tracking ID is shared with you
• The courier company becomes responsible for delivery timelines and handling

We are always happy to help you track your shipment or coordinate with the courier, but delays or issues caused during transit must be addressed through the third-party service provider.

Pick & Drop Service

To make the process easier for our clients, Sky Ocean Craft also offers a Pick and Drop facility in selected locations.

Important Note on Handmade Products

All items created by us are 100% handmade.

Because of this:

• Minor bubbles, surface textures, or slight uneven edges may appear
• These are natural characteristics of handmade resin art, not defects

Please do not compare handmade artwork with factory-finished products.
No claims, exchanges, or warranties will be accepted for such natural variations.

Final Approval & Variations

Before dispatch:

• Final photos and/or videos of the completed product are shared for approval

Once approved:

• No refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges are possible

In resin preservation:

• Flowers and materials may react differently during drying and curing
• A 40–50% variation in colour, texture, or form is normal and should be expected

No claims will be accepted based on these natural outcomes.

Legal Understanding

By placing an order with Sky Ocean Craft, you agree that:

• No legal claim can be raised based on personal expectations
• Any dispute related to payment or product will fall under
  Jaipur Court Jurisdiction, Rajasthan only
