By visiting our website www.varmalapreservationindia.com or placing an order with us, you agree to follow the terms mentioned on this page. These conditions exist to keep things clear, fair, and transparent for both you and us.

Please read them carefully before confirming any service or purchase.

1. General Understanding

We specialise in handmade resin preservation and customised wedding keepsakes. Every product is created individually, based on client requirements, materials received, and natural behaviour of flowers and resin.

By choosing our services, you understand that handmade resin art is different from factory-made products and comes with natural variations.

Using our website or services means you accept these terms fully.

2. Payments & Order Confirmation

• All payments are processed under the registered name Sky Ocean Craft
• Full payment is mandatory before we begin any preservation or dispatch work
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any service or product
• Orders are considered confirmed only after payment is successfully received

If you face any issue related to payment, our WhatsApp support team is available to guide you.

3. No Refund / No Cancellation Policy

Resin preservation is a custom, made-to-order service. Once payment is made, it is strictly non-refundable.

This applies to:

• Order cancellation
• Change of mind
• Delay due to client-side reasons
• Subjective dissatisfaction after approval

If, due to unavoidable reasons, our pickup service cannot be provided, any applicable logistics or handling charges may be deducted from the total amount.

4. Pickup, Delivery & Logistics

• Pickup and drop services are managed through third-party courier/logistics partners
• While we assist in coordination, delays or transit issues are beyond our direct control
• Once the product is handed over to the courier, responsibility shifts to the logistics provider

Clients are advised to check the package immediately upon delivery.

5. Handmade Product Reality & Visual Differences

All products are 100% handmade resin artwork.

Because of this:

• Minor bubbles, texture changes, slight uneven edges, or surface marks may appear
• These are natural characteristics, not manufacturing defects

Product appearance may differ slightly from:

• Website images
• Sample designs
• Initial previews

An approximate 40–50% variation in colour tone, flower shape, or texture is possible due to:

• Flower type
• Moisture content
• Drying behaviour
• Resin flow during curing

Such variations are normal and not eligible for claims.

6. Final Approval & Dispatch

Before dispatch:

• Final photos and/or videos of the completed product are shared with you
• Once you give approval, the product is packed and shipped

After approval:

• No refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will be accepted
• Any damage during transit is not our responsibility

Approval confirms your acceptance of the final product condition.

7. Quality & Responsibility

We take extreme care in:

• Resin quality
• Drying process
• Layering and curing
• Packaging

However:

• Resin preservation is sensitive to environmental and natural factors
• We do not provide warranties or guarantees similar to machine-made goods

Quality-related concerns must be discussed before final approval, not after delivery.

8. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, artwork styles, photos, videos, and content created by Varmala Preservation India are our intellectual property.

• Copying, reproducing, or modifying our designs without written permission is prohibited
• Any misuse of designs may lead to legal action

We request respect for the creative effort behind each handmade piece.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions when required.
Any changes will be reflected on this page itself.

Continuing to use our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

By placing an order with us, you agree that:

• No legal claim can be raised based on personal expectations or emotional interpretation
• Any dispute related to payment, service, or product will fall under
  Jaipur Court Jurisdiction, Rajasthan only
